1. General Terms
1.1. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern the access to and use of the online store and website of Paws Heaven, 98 Bulgaria Blvd., Sofia 1680, Bulgaria (hereinafter referred to as “Paws Heaven,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
1.2. By accessing or using the website and/or services (“Services”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and the corresponding Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
1.3. Paws Heaven provides the Services through the Shopify platform, but all transactions occur directly between you and Paws Heaven.
1.4. By clicking the “Order” button, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms and that you are entering into a distance contract with Paws Heaven under the meaning of the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) and the Electronic Commerce Act (ECA).
2. Account, Access, and Registration
2.1. To fully use the Services and/or place orders, an account may be required. You guarantee that:

4. Orders and Payment
4.1. When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Paws Heaven reserves the right to accept or decline an order at its discretion. The order is considered confirmed only after our acceptance and successful payment processing.
4.2. All prices are in Bulgarian leva (BGN) and include VAT, unless stated otherwise. Additional delivery or handling fees are calculated upon checkout.
4.3. Payments are processed via certified payment operators; you guarantee that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and that all information provided is accurate.
5. Delivery, Ownership, and Risk
5.1. Deliveries are made within up to 2 business days, except in cases of delays beyond our control (courier, customs, etc.).
5.2. Ownership and risk pass to you once the product is handed over to the carrier.
6. Withdrawal, Returns, and Exchanges
6.1. Your right of withdrawal, return, and exchange is governed by our Return and Refund Policy, available at [insert link].
6.2. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving the product, in accordance with Articles 50–55 of the CPA.

20.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria.
20.2. All disputes shall be heard by the competent court in Sofia, unless otherwise provided by law.
